1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the okfun ph Platform in any way – including browsing the website, registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses – you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

okfun ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the okfun ph Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okfun ph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the okfun ph Platform or any related platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. okfun ph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the okfun ph Platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one account on the okfun ph Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. okfun ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify okfun ph immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Identity Verification (KYC): okfun ph may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Currency: All accounts on the okfun ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

okfun ph supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: okfun ph reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed the required KYC process.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. okfun ph reserves the right to require this as an anti-money laundering measure.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Transaction Fees: okfun ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which okfun ph is not responsible.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

okfun ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. okfun ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: okfun ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors.
• Promotion Changes: okfun ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the okfun ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general principles apply to all gameplay:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on the okfun ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. The outcome of live games is determined by physical events (card draws, roulette spins, etc.) and is not influenced by software.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, okfun ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. okfun ph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. okfun ph is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okfun ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or okfun ph staff
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the okfun ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of okfun ph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okfun ph.

The okfun ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of okfun ph. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, or logo of okfun ph without prior written permission.

9 Privacy & Data

okfun ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okfun ph will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to strict confidentiality obligations, and with regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

okfun ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okfun ph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Damages resulting from interruption or unavailability of the Platform
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okfun ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okfun ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Termination

okfun ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Regulatory or legal requirements

Upon termination for breach, okfun ph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

13 Amendments

okfun ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the okfun ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

okfun ph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.
